This evening, as I was cleaning up after dinner, I asked the kids to get ready for a bath. Cole got undressed, put his clothes in the washer (they usually end up in a pile wherever he strips them off), laid a towel and clothes out, and got the bathroom ready. He even went so far as to get the toys and shampoo ready. I said, "Cole! I am so proud of how responsible you are being tonight. It makes Mom sooooo (with lots and lots of emphasis) happy!" He said "Sure thing, Mom! You've been working so hard today, and you deserve it"!
I am one proud Mama.
