workouts

Jan 1-7 (workouts every other day, spinning, elliptical, strength)
Tues 1/10 - 40 minutes spinning, strength training
Fri 1/13 - upper body strength training, swim 1/2 mile
Sat 1/14 - upper body strength training, swim 1/2 mile
Sun 1/15- strength training, swim 1 mile (yay me!)
Mon 1/16 - strength training, light cycling (testing out my foot), swim 1/2 mile
