I just tried this recipe for a breakfast protein smoothie. YUM!!
Mix the following together in a blender:
1 small banana
1 cup fat free milk
1 tsp peanut butter
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
2 scoops chocolate protein powder (I use the biggest loser powder)
Ice
This was SO good..and very filling because its full of fiber. Give it a try!
